Parents Club


The purpose of the Dehesa School Parents’ Club is to work together with parents, students, teachers, and staff to provide activities, materials, and services that will help enrich the education of Dehesa students.

This year’s Parent’s Club Officers are:

Events sponsored by the Parents’ Club are:

·       Back-to-School Staff Luncheon

·       A welcome back luncheon to start off the year on a positive note!

·       Halloween Carnival: A long-standing tradition, an exciting evening of family fun.

·       Winter Program: Providing holiday decorations to complement the student’s performances

·       Talent Show/Ice Cream Social

·       Testing Snacks

·       8th Grade Graduation Reception

·       End-of-the-Year Picnic: Held on the last day of school at El Monte Park for students, staff, & families.

·       Assemblies & Field Trips

·       Kindergarten Social

·       Teacher Grants

·       Workroom Supplies

·       Santa Shop


Ideas, changes or additions to this year’s activities and/or fundraisers are welcomed at meetings.

The Parents’ Club generally meets on the 1st Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. Check your newsletter for updates. Free childcare is always provided.
